In therapeutic horticulture there is no documentation or specific goals for participants. An example might be a senior garden program or a outdoor class on gardening.
There are limited jobs strictly as horticultural therapists. There are many jobs that include it as part of another job. Examples might be an activities director, working in an eating disorder setting, as part of a prison program or mental rehabilitation center, or in a medical setting.
